From our warehouse we deliver in 1-2 working days to all of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Returns and Refunds
There is always a possibility that you may want to return your purchase. Please contact us to start the return process. There are two possible reasons for a return:
- Every online customer has the right to return their purchase within 14 days of the product's arrival. When you contact us about your return, please provide the date of delivery.
- Every product purchased through Respondet has a two year warranty. If your product breaks down while you still have warranty, please contact us for a solution. This can be a return of the product.
After contacting us, we will determine the next action. If your return request is within the first 14 days, you will receive a form from us to complete your request. If your product has technical problems, we will first try to help you solve the problems. If this is not possible we will provide you with a form to complete your return request.
After approval, we will send you a label for the return of the package. Please follow the instructions for both the form and the label to avoid any delay in the process.
If you are returning your purchase within the first 14 days, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
On arrival of the return, we will in all cases test the product before processing any refund or replacement.
